Zhanna Lovumyrska

Assistant Swim Coach

Coach Zhanna Lovumyrska brings over 20 years of professional swimming and coaching experience, shaped by a lifelong dedication to the sport. She began swimming at just six years old and trained under the same coach throughout her entire athletic career—a journey that instilled in her a deep understanding of discipline, consistency, and the power of individualized coaching.

Her commitment and talent led her to compete on the world stage at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia, a milestone that continues to inspire her work with athletes today.

Zhanna’s coaching philosophy centers on safety, respect, and sustainable progress. She believes that every swimmer deserves a training environment built on trust and professionalism, where growth happens at a healthy and confident pace.

She works with children and adults of all skill levels, including swimmers with special needs such as visual impairments. Every session is thoughtfully adapted to each athlete’s age, abilities, and psychological needs, ensuring a supportive, personalized, and effective learning experience.

Coach Zhanna is passionate about helping every swimmer—whether a beginner or a competitive athlete—discover their potential, build confidence, and experience the joy of the water.

My goal is not only to teach swimming technique, but also to help swimmers build confidence in the water, enjoy the process, and progress at their own pace.

Lindsay Selbach

Assistant Swim Coach

Coach Lindsay brings heart, energy, and a lifelong love of the water to every practice. When she’s not on the pool deck, you’ll find her spending time with her family and her playful puppy—her favorite way to recharge.

Swimming has always been her place of peace and focus, keeping both her mind and body strong. She’s passionate about helping young swimmers discover that same joy, confidence, and sense of accomplishment that shaped her own journey.

Some of her favorite memories come from competing at big meets and watching swimmers push past their limits to achieve their goals. She believes in celebrating every milestone, big or small.

Fun fact: Coach Lindsay actually began her aquatic journey in water polo before falling completely in love with swimming!
