USA Swimming Registration
All swimmers participating in the Lighthouse Point Yacht Club competitive swim team must be registered with USA Swimming. Registration provides insurance coverage, access to official meets, and inclusion in the USA Swimming database.
How to Register
- Go to the USA Swimming registration page: https://www.usaswimming.org
- Click on “Join USA Swimming” and create an account (or log in if you already have one).
- Select the correct club: Lighthouse Point Yacht Club (LHPYC).
- Choose your membership type and complete payment online.
Membership Options & Fees
| Membership Type | Cost | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Premium Athlete Membership | $84 | Required for all swimmers participating in more than two sanctioned meets per year. |
| Flex Membership | $30 | For swimmers participating in up to two sanctioned meets per year. |
| Seasonal Membership | $50 | Valid for a specific competitive season (Summer or Winter). |
Important: Registration must be completed before a swimmer may participate in any USA Swimming-sanctioned competition.
