LHPYC Swim Team — Equipment Guide
Why it matters: The right gear helps coaches target specific skills (kick, pull, body line, breath control) so swimmers learn faster and practice more efficiently. We keep a small poolside bin (kickboards/pull buoys), but each swimmer is responsible for their own set. Please label every item clearly.
